Kristy Tsang | E-RYT 200, RYT- 500, YACEP

As a veteran public relations professional and a former journalist, Kristy used to stay in a fast-paced and stressful environment. When yoga came to her life, it was a turning point that helped her find calmness in her mind. Her regular yoga practice does not only help her maintain a healthy lifestyle but also relieves her back pain due to scoliosis.

Yoga is her inspirations on and off the mat.

Kristy has deep interests in exploring yoga as a mind-body therapeutic practice to improve the mental and physical wellness of oneself. In 2018, she completed her 690-hour Graduate Certificate in Yoga Therapy in Australia to deepen her knowledge

in this specialty, and started offering one-on-one y

oga therapy to cater to clients personalised needs.

Kristy teaches small group private classes, regular public classes and workshops at different studios, corporations, hotel, clubhouses as well as special classes at collaborative events.

Kristy is also the co-founder and wellness curator of GAIA Holistic Living, a boutique wellness studio and shop in North Point that promotes holistic living for the nourishment of body and mind.

Kristy 出身記者和公關專業,生活多變,節奏急速,也經常四處奔走,直至遇上瑜伽,才慢慢找到內心的平靜與安穩。恆常的瑜伽練習,不止讓她建立起健康生活習慣和保持體重,更幫助她大大改善因為寒背和脊柱側彎帶來的痛症。

Kristy 認為瑜伽不是純粹的身體鍛鍊, 更是整套生活哲學與靈感。不論練習或教學,Kristy 尤其著重透過瑜伽練習達致療癒效果,以提升身心健康。2018 年,她遠赴澳洲修畢瑜伽療癒師證書,並開始為客人提供單對單的個人化瑜伽療癒。

Kristy 的日常教學包括企業、酒店、會所、私人小組和恆常公開課。她同時是健康教室及商店 GAIA Holistic Living 的聯合創辦人,專注各類課程策劃,以推廣整全活為本,全面滋養大家的身心靈健康。
